I define my mission as an exponential mentor: helping define goals, training, coaching, consulting, motivating, asking for accountability — and providing direction.

Tested in practice, not only in theory.
My entrepreneurial career spans almost thirty years — from an internship at a design and marketing agency in Italy, through journalism and life in the USA, to building companies from my favourite part of the world, the Adriatic.
Over the past decade I invested heavily in studying, exploring and testing ideas worldwide, putting the knowledge to work in both brick-and-mortar businesses and modern online ventures. I built a million-euro business — and I have faced and survived a bankruptcy and a heart attack.
My value is in a practical, goal-oriented approach: expanding mindset, multiplying sales, increasing profit, bringing order, establishing an individual’s impact and ensuring legacy. I keep it simple, practical and result-oriented — always improving, always removing waste.
Career
Milestones
- 1992Studies in marketing, communications and PR, later economics.
- 1999Sold his first company; worked in the USA, including as a journalist and writer.
- 2003Founded a marketing agency, later merged with a media company.
- 2008Founded a media company that grew into its own print house.
- 2013Began an independent consulting and advisory career across media, print, trade, networking and investment.
- 2015Research into the relation between UX, value and price — the basis of his monetization model.
- 2018Worked with international clients and business networks; opened an office in Zagreb.
- 2019Online MBA studies and Six Sigma certification with lean and kaizen modules.
- 2020Certified Fix This Next advisor; co-authored Cracking the Rich Code with Jim Britt and Kevin Harrington; founded the MAG Academy.
- TodayHead of development at the 5P group — print, publishing, packaging, marketing and media — and author of the Lardiology method.
